The Watts® Home is a company that provides water solutions for homeowners, which then grew to serve multiple solutions including smart home technologies. ​

The challenge was to conduct a UX audit of their smart home app. The goal was to find areas of improvement to enhance the user experience of the app, find opportunities to implement new meaningful features into the app and ensure the app is usable and accessible.​
