UX Audit as input for Digital Strategy.

THE CHALLENGE

 

Technology has continued to evolve along with the public’s expectation for online services and access to information. The City of Richmond Hill was seeking services to conduct an audit for its corporate website, to evaluate and analyze the website’s performance and to determine if any changes are needed to support a broader digital presence.

The audit will identify areas for improvement and contribute to the City’s Digital Strategy.

THE OUTCOME

 

Idea Theorem examined the city’s corporate website and provided a comprehensive review from the UX/UI perspective, thus contributing to the City of Richmond Hill’s digital strategy by:

 

  • Improving the lives of residents of Richmond Hill by making information easy to find.
  • Usability improvements and WCAG Accessibility compliant.
  • Recommendations for buttons, colours, typography, hierarchy & organization, layout and content and consistency.
