How we helped Donation Management platform improve user experience and increase donations

THE CHALLENGE

 

Since 2012 MOHID has raised over $8 million in donations. As more and more customers joined the platform, they realized major UX Challenges:

 

Unable to upsell other opportunities to their existing customers

Registration of Donor was challenging and slow

Recurring donation was not easy to setup resulting in lost funds

 

Overall above challenges were impacting the amount of donation collection and volunteers unable to serve the customers efficiently.

THE OUTCOME

 

Feedback from users on the updated look has been positive. MOHID team is doing a phased rollout of thenew designs that were created. MOHID team is confident they will achieve their goals after making all the adjustments Idea Theorem team has recommended.
