Sales Account Executive – US Market

Job Description: As an Account Executive focused on the US market, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting our design and development services to companies in the US. Your ability to understand client needs, articulate our value proposition, and close deals will be essential to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the US market, generate new business, and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the US market through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business objectives and challenges, and position our services as valuable solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored design and development solutions that meet their needs.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that effectively showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with our design and development teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful solution delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights related to design and development services.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular reports to the management team.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on the US market. Experience selling design and development services is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the design and development industry, including web design, mobile apps, UI/UX, branding, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
